This excellent wine has a deep and intense vivid color. It displays a lovely savoury, a spicy nose of pure red fruit. On the palate it is full bodied, intense and rich but quite elegant with a good acid. The oak barrels used enhance its vanilla and spicy nuances. A lovely structured wine. Good in combination with all varieties of lamb, Carpaccio of beef, truffle pasta and cheese fondue.
Serve at 15-17 °C

On the aroma stand spicy notes, together with acid rod fruits and small input of smoke, chocolate and vanilla given from the oak. On the palate it is a full body wine, with round and unctuous tannins. Prolonged end.
