Malbec Roble Grape : Malbec Year : 2007 This excellent wine has a deep and intense vivid color. It displays a lovely savoury, a spicy nose of pure red fruit. On the palate it is full bodied, intense and rich but quite elegant with a good acid. The oak barrels used enhance its vanilla and spicy nuances. A lovely structured wine. Good in combination with all varieties of lamb, Carpaccio of beef, truffle pasta and cheese fondue.
